Our regenerative medicine services include PRP, adipose-derived cellular therapy, exosomes, and Wharton’s Jelly-based options. PRP may support the body’s natural healing response and soft-tissue recovery, while recommendations across regenerative options depend on your condition, health history, goals, and available evidence.
Our pain management services combine acupuncture, targeted injections, and orthobiologics, with musculoskeletal ultrasound used when appropriate for evaluation and treatment guidance. Care is personalized to help reduce discomfort and support better movement and function.

Insurance coverage varies by service and plan. Sikora Integrative Medicine is in network with Medicare, Cigna, and BlueCross Blue Shield Options and bills these plans for certain pain-management services. Regenerative medicine, IV vitamin therapy, bioidentical hormone therapy, and aesthetic services are self-pay. SpectraCell micronutrient testing may also be covered by Medicare and some commercial insurance plans.
Financing through M-lend Financial is also available to help make treatment costs more manageable over time.

PRP is prepared from a patient’s own blood, but FDA clearance of some preparation devices does not mean PRP is FDA-approved for specific orthopedic conditions. The FDA also states that exosomes, Wharton’s Jelly, adipose-derived, and other cell-based products are not FDA-approved for orthopedic conditions.
Discomfort and recovery depend on the procedure. Some injections may cause temporary soreness, while many aesthetic treatments at Sikora Medical require little to no downtime.
Timelines vary by treatment and patient. PRP-related changes may develop over several weeks, while aesthetic, hormone, and weight treatments follow different timelines.
For some patients, non-surgical pain or regenerative treatments may be considered before surgery. Sikora Medical evaluates each patient individually because some conditions may still require a different or surgical approach.
