A few things to know before your first infusion:

How preparations are regulated

IV nutrient blends are compounded by licensed pharmacies for individual use rather than manufactured as FDA-approved products. Compounded preparations are legal and widely used, but the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality before use. This applies to compounded medicines generally, not any specific drip on this menu.

Not everyone is a candidate

IV therapy may not be appropriate for those with kidney or heart conditions, during pregnancy, or with certain medications. High-dose vitamin C is not appropriate for G6PD deficiency or impaired kidney function.

Common effects

Mild IV-site discomfort, a cool sensation during infusion, or a temporary metallic taste with some nutrients.

Frequently Asked Questions

Sikora Integrative Medicine offers NAD+ IV therapy in Vero Beach, Florida, in both 500 mg and 2000 mg infusions, with a NAD injection available for faster delivery. Infusions are given in our IV lounge and led by Amber, RN. Services are available to Florida residents.

Most standard drips are $199 to $200 for a one-hour session. Add-ons run $25 to $100 and injections are $40 to $50. NAD+ is $500 or $1,250 depending on dose. Pricing for the remaining drips is available on request.

Most drips take about an hour. NAD+ sessions run longer, with times listed by dose in the menu above.

It depends on your goals and lab findings. Some patients come for a single session, others follow a schedule. Micronutrient testing helps determine what's worth repeating.

IV delivery bypasses digestion, so absorption isn't limited by gut uptake. Whether that produces a difference you notice depends on the nutrient and on whether you're actually deficient, which is what testing is for.

Safety depends on the drip and on you. Most reactions are minor and limited to the IV site. The two things that change the answer are your medication list and your kidney and heart history, both covered under Safety and Considerations above.

IV vitamin and NAD+ therapy are self-pay. Coverage for lab testing varies by plan. Financing through M Lend Financial is available.
